India Exim Bank focuses on financing and supporting both Indian exporters and importers. It offers various financial products such as export credit, buyer’s credit, lines of credit, and export credit insurance. These offerings help Indian companies expand their business globally, tap into new markets, and secure trade transactions.
Company Secretary Experience Profile required:
- For Company Secretary (Compliance Officer) position Min. Experience required is 15 years
- For Company Secretary (Dy. Compliance Officer) position Min. Experience required is 5 years
- For Company Secretary position Min. Experience required is 5 years
Eligibility: Candidates must be the Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Essential Qualification: Associate/ Fellow Membership (ACS/FCS) of the ICSI & Regular
Graduation with Minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent CGPA.
Additional Qualification: Post Graduation / MBA / LLB (Preferred however not mandatory)
