1. To conduct Secretarial Audit of AAICLAS for the Financial Year 2022-23 and verify all the documents such as Minutes book, registers, resolutions, etc. as per the Companies Act, 2013.

2. To certify that the company is complying all the applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and submit report to the AAICLAS Board. Further, PCS/Firms shall furnish FORM MR-3 (Secretarial Audit Report) to the AAICLAS Board and to the Members of AAICLAS Board
